Terms & Conditions

1. Only serious buyers are welcomed.
2. No back outs are allowed once order has been confirmed.
3. Once order has been placed, a confirmation email with the payment details will be sent to your email address.
4. Upon receiving the confirmation email, please kindly arrange for payment within 1-2 days. Once payment has been received, an invoice will be sent via email. Please retain the invoice for exchanging and refunding policies.
5. Refunds are acceptable subject to terms and conditions as well as the reason for refunds. We only entertain refunds for situations below:
   
• The smallest or biggest size still does not fit the customer, i.e. a petite customer still can't fit the top she purchased even though it is a SMALL (S) size or vice versa.
• Refunds are only applicable within 10 days from the date of delivery and the date we received the refunded orders. Refer to the example below:
  
  Date of purchase: 27 November 2008
  Date of delivery: 28 November 2008
  Date of receipt of refunded orders: 29 November 2008 – 7 December 2008
  
• We only refund at the range of 40% to 50% of the original purchase price. The postage fee will be borne by the customer.
• Refunded orders have to be in good condition and never been worn or washed before
  
6. For exchange, we accept orders exchanged in terms of colours and sizes.
7. Due to uploading of photos in the web, the actual colours may vary.
8. Babies wear, accessories, shoes, bags and restocked items (by request) are not entitled for any on-going promotion unless stated.
9. Stock clearance sales are NOT applicable neither for refund nor exchange.
   
10. We will ensure the accuracy of the information displayed to the highest level. We reserved the right to correct any errors whether in pricing, descriptions or photos without prior notice.
